They key difference is that the investment comes from Phelan, Fuhrman and other backers, and therefore initial reports that is was MSD Capital are incorrect because the money isn't all coming from Michael Dell or the Dell family, which MSD Capital deals exclusively with.

With Michael Dell being a minority investor it isnt his money directly but his business partners cash, who as we know, are also billionaires. Mr Dells money is there if we need it I imagine.

So, its looks like it isnt Dell directly.

I don’t mind looking a twat mate, I’ve been doing it me entire life, if it all went tits up tomorrow it’s cost us nowt. It’s just made such a blinding difference from the sniping and negativity.
It shows that it is possible to be optimistic and have hope and ambition for the future.
I’ve always maintained it doesn’t piss down all the time.

If he's a minority investor, some of the money is his. But no it's not him directly.
