That's just the equivalent of the old annual return - basically a list of shares and shareholders with any changes. The one you've linked is SAFC Ltd, which is and will remain a subsidiary of Sunderland Limited. It's of no relevance to the takeover.

It's definitely got worse but it's been partizan forever. It's a Newcastle paper, the SAFC column isn't written for SAFC supporters, but for mags to get their fix and keep up to date with us.

Donald, Methven and the new lads are all fine together and want a long term relationship to create a legacy in around the club.
Despite what ALS/RR/Whoever say, they're not happy with Ross.
The announcement is only being delayed by things outside of the agreed takeover.
I've already had to bow down and apologise once so that's all I can post but that hopefully gives you a clue.

From my point id like SD, Methven to stay as they have repaired or at least gone a hell of a long way to repairing the bond with supporters, probably to a stage not seen since Quinn left.
Although presume hes not, would actually like Juan to stay linked at least, might be gready but hes a link into another market if were takiing about really building this club up.
Please keep letting us know what you can....simple solution is to ban the none believers!!
