I have in my head that Phillips wants to be a manager rather than a number two, but would work under Pearson again. Just him.

He’s spot on like. Same when he had a go at SD and CM. Sure he broke the news about Ross becoming manager too. Had a few snippets off him too- reckons when we lost the play offs Ross wanted to resign as he didn’t like the uncertainty.
