Was the plan all along. He wanted far too much for his remaining shares. Was signed off this morning- and IF we go up they have the exercise to buy remain shares at a premium

Pretty much what I was speculating earlier then. Donald takes what he can get now, disappears to be a passive investor, and hopes for a payoff later.

Just googled him, most photos of him are at Marseille matches. His Mam is worth 6.4 billion dollars and inherited her wealth from her late husband who died of leukaemia recently.

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this but have to say I’m currently feeling underwhelmed and more than a little disappointed and worried, and pissed that methven and Donald will still be here. Am I alone feeling like this???

So now we wait to see how long it takes for a 22 year old billionaire to get bored with us. My guess, not long.

lots of clubs have shareholders who own a minority in the hope of making money but have no say over how the club is run. That’s what SD and CM are to us now.

hopefully when the board of directors is announced they aren’t on it but for now this is good news.

I think if this is happening and I'm being positive we've gone from a family who owned Eastleigh FC to a family who owned Olympique Marseilles. Definitely a step up.
