Yep, exactly.

As I've said since August/September time, it has felt like Sartori was the ultimate driver of whatever was happening, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if he is the person who is ultimately making decisions for the consortium.

I suspect KD is really putting cash into this in some way (loan most likely) and will of course get shares, but be slightly less involved than JS. I hope it's equal, but whatever shareholding he gets definitely helps up his interest in the outcome, so a big positive in my view.
