I have a mate who knows a player who says he spoke to him last night and he’s not been told anything yet apparently.

doesn’t mean the others haven’t been told like :D

I posted the info I'd got early yesterday afternoon that it could be as soon as today and after they'd all dismissed it, when asked for confirmation, he literally posted "this ties in with what I heard last week but opted not to post at the time", like almost word for word. Now they are all on board. :lol:

Just going off a bit of a tangent about Abramovich...I read an article a few years ago before he was exiled from this country etc....it went on that as we would always see him at Chelsea watching his team sitting on the balcony in the confines of Stamford bridge you would never see him at Sunderland and most other clubs when Chelsea played away. The reason for this is that he is a constant target for a sniper attack and when he is ever to go to any away match (if he ever does) his security need to assess all possible sniper points within any stadium and they need to always have a bed ready within the 4 nearest hospitals with his blood type ready and available if he was to be taken out.......Its not all that great really been a multi-billionaire Russian Oilgarch having to always look over your shoulder
 
I guess with the supposed 11am announcement today and the players having been told yesterday, we will very shortly know either some good takeover news or that a few folks are at best, filling in some gaps or just telling porkies. Because with those bits of info, thing do not just change.

We seem very close to a resolution though, one way or the other.

Is that the crack is it that there's a announcement from the club today at 11am?

I occasionally pop onto the other board and that was mentioned yesterday. And then semi corroborated with enough wriggle room to deny thats what was really said 🤣
