this, if true, he and others are filling the 1£mil per month gap which isn’t sustainable particularly with the prospect of fans back in is someway off, the Americans are keen for their money back, KLD wants more of a say and isnt keen on the transfer embargo by hook or by crook he will arrive at a crossroads
 
Just logged onto my computer and this thread is always my first port of call. Opened the Christmas thread first instead - don't know if that's a sign of me being festive or giving up on the takeover!!!

I don't for a second believe he and others are making up the numbers, it's totally disingenuous for them to state that.

It'll be the business that covers the losses but as you say, it can only do so for so long.

Whatever happens, Madrox will not go away. Donald is simple selling some of this shares in it. Madrox will still be the holding company.
 
I just hope any sale eventually goes through before Donald takes the cash off the EFL and deals us a transfer embargo. And Donald tells us he's paid back the parachute payments by covering 1m a month losses for a year..

Its either the FPP loan where they seem to have conditions attached to the Loan that FPP have first chance to buy....... or as you say, Dreyfus wants all of the controlling interest and is not happy with a percentage that doesn't give him a controlling interest.. The last one would be my stance too...

Holding company isn't losing anything - it's non-trading. The trading losses are all in SAFC. There's an argument about the carrying value of the investment in Sunderland, but you'd only recognise that if any diminution is though to be permanent.
