I never said that SAFC should only look to survive in the championship. Just it is easier to achieve then people make out. And I don't agree Luton have a miles better team than us.

They might have finished ahead of us, largely down to our manager being overly negative, rather than having a better squad.

No fair enough but you did say “we didn’t need to spend £50m to survive” so gave that impression, but I agree we wouldn’t need to spend a fortune to survive, but to have a chance at promotion certainly would need to spend plenty.
As squad nowhere near good enough to do anything in the Championship.
