I meant more the sticking point. He either wants out (like he said) or he doesn't. If being involved still would cause it to fall through he needs to sell up completely.

If Nixon is accurate then I would worry that Donald seems to have a renewed taste for it all, particularly if the team and our promotion chances continue to improve. I could see him ballsing up another huge opportunity for us.

Totally agree with this. Got the feeling Donald will want to wait to see how Johnson gets on, his ego is just clamming to have a chance of promotion under his tenure. Wouldn't surprise me if he holds out on any takeover etc until the summer, again.

The whole thing is very odd.

Perhaps someone who wants to invest has said that he wants it ran in this structure and has tasked Donald with proving he can set it up if he is to remain running it on a day to day basis?

Possibly. I just don’t believe Donald is capable of the smarter thinking and vision required even if he was explicitly tasked with it.

I don’t know him but I’ve spoken to people that do. Namely Short and Bally. People actually know him as mad Bob so it really is a thin veil of anonymity he hides behind. As I say, I find his dealings on here bizarre considering the company he keeps.

Isn’t it only the optional supplementary elements of the bail out funding that would lead to the transfer embargo.

The bulk of the amount receivable carries no restrictions does it?

If what Armstrong says is accurate then we’ll know one way or the other fairly soon what the resolution is and they couldn’t be more diametrically opposed!

RAWA should keep putting pressure on Donald to leave entirely. Just say to him he said he’d go when he’s not wanted so why’s he trying to keep hold of shares. Would love to see his reply.

I've consistantly said this but apparently when I queried this it was "ODD" timing. Not looking odd now with another takeover looking dicey at best; If supporter groups stand by and do nothing we may not have a club to support. It really is that serious imo.
