Itks and other associated wannabees all pretty quiet today arent they. Head coach appointed after meeting and discussion with Donald, Rodwell and the new management stooge without meeting or talking to ANY of the other owners. An interview in which LJ makes it sound like we begged him to come here rather than challenging him and his plans in any way.

I'm shouting it like it's gospel but it's my opinion that we will not be taken over anytime soon. Who is going to match his asking price for a shit side in league 1? Yes we have a big stadium and fan base, but unless someone can inject millions (which they cannot due to transfer restrictions) why would any want us? Everyone is pinning there hopes on someone buying our potential and that is it. If we do get sold it'll be for a like for like knacker.

"sunderland under new ownership" Where was that from again? Twitter? Nearly a month ago...Maybe the leak fucked the deal? For personal reasons..I don't know i'm willing to accept any sensivle reason.

The fans were at fault for Dell leaving the negotiating table.. Maybe this will be similar, our fault, the medias fault etc etc

I think i'll go back and listen to that interview on talksport were SD famoulsy said "investing in me" haha briliiant. Fair play if it's true though, the man might be a genius!
 
Some of the people on here man haha if it was Michael Dell that picked Lee Johnson they'd be thinking he was the new Alex Ferguson. Cos Stewy's been involved with picking him (as he's the current owner lmao) he's now labelled as shite. At least give him a few games :D

He was getting labelled as shite well before today when people found out Donald was involved so no idea how you've come to that conclusion.

They were always pleased with themselves getting hold of the club for what they "paid" for it. Perhaps that was their great achievement. There's no avoiding the fact that they've had an absolute mare since then . If i was contributing new funds to SAFC I wouldn't want those two anywhere near the decision making process.

I think it’s a safe guess that anyone appointed by Donald will be terrible at their job, a lot of people aren’t willing to give him the benefit of the doubt again. If Johnson wants the fan’s support he going to have to work very hard to earn it.
