i like the idea of a mass scarf session announcement with new SPD DOF and TD triumvirate a bit like Octavian. Lepidus and Mark Anthony

I would have thought the TD was a step down from the DoF/SpD... Strange that a TD is appointing people into key positions unless he has the Spd/DoF consent.

I’m not certain what the structure will be.

SpD (overall strategy)
TD (implementation in terms of contracts etc)
HC (first team affairs) and AD (youth development)

Then Rodwell running day to do administration, CM doing commercial stuff, etc?

Trying to make sense of it as best I can but not sure what each role involves in this instance.
