The term takeover refers to who actually runs the club. If they setup the company structure in such a way then i believe it eill be a takeover with the twit and twat having a silent shareholding.

Disagreeing doesnt mean one wants to fuck off and takr their ball home. Disagreeing is what happens when business partners work together. What they do is talk and sort it out ad move on. Its it neither investors interests to make it go tits up nor does it mean he get twit and twat on his side and somehow bully the other one out. Its business and bug money at stake

the only way that can happen is if they purchase more or all of SDs proposed 15% with his consent... they can’t force him to sell to them, unless there’s something written in to allow that?
Obviously if SD did sell then Methven could be bought out.

10 points behind Hull already and after 14 games, can’t see us catching them so that’s 1 place gone.

This % split does worry me like, with Madrox 3 amigos looking like keeping 60% between them. And the talk of the kid and Sartori also buying clubs in France and Uruguay. You'd think they would naturally be more hands on with the clubs in their residing countries, leaving us to be overseen by... urgh, can't even bring myself to say it.

I can't see how they don't if what I am seeing his right, if the other 2 have more shares then they obviously can out vote them, but its not exactly a hostile takeover is it. The fact like all reports suggest say Jim Rodwell is staying says a lot to me.
