I simply disagree that this is the case with any investor. No one with millions invests without cover. It just doesnt happen.

So many formats of cover could have been put in place that none of us would ever be made aware of. I dont believe any millionaire is this stupid.

I dont suppose he has passed his bank details onto the nigerians so they can transfer all his long lost uncle's will onto him aswell has he?!

Takeover then dof (if wanted)then appoint manager ..if it does not happen in that order alarm bells should be ringing at krakatoa levels to alarm even the most languid members of our fan base.

There will be a shareholder agreement without doubt. I can also see JS moving his shares into a new investment vehicle co-owned by him and K L-D. That would give them 50% each in a company which owned 80% of Madrox. It also opens the possibility of them being joined by other consortium members later.

No idea what you are talking about now.

Millionaires buy minority shares in companies all the time.

Sartori bought 20% so clearly he did invest without the means to control his investment, in much the same way that KLD might. As I said we know nothing about him or his intentions.

Might help if I add some context. When RAWA was formed a committee and co-opted representative model was used, with committee members elected and co-opts representing a really wide range of the fan base (possibly the widest ranging views I've seen in similar fans groups). These include a family rep, away game, various fanzines / podcasts, diversity, ladies, etc.... Basically aimed at getting as broad a range of views as possible. We also have a rep for the corporate posh bit in the ground and I think you're talking about that rep. By it's very nature, a corporate rep will have some kind of "business interest" with the club because they spend a fortune on a box and probably do some advertising. I don't recall him ever asking us to lay off criticism of the club or anything like that. Why would he, he's a fan like the rest of us. He gives them money not the other way around. Worth noting that he was the corporate rep during #DonaldOut stuff, the fall out with Methven, the fall out with Donald, the fall out w.... oh, you get what I mean!

And wants to see the back of the current owners.
I don’t recall him once backing the club against any action RAWA has taken. He just sponsors the match day streams cos he appears to have lots of money!

The main reason - I believe - is that they've taken their bat and ball home as regards communicating with fans is concerned. They give us very little now and when they do it's often little snippets through 'other' media like Barnes on the Radio or Roker Report (and therefore unverified).

2 years ago they were all for openness and transparency.... but now they seem to have decided that was a 'right' that they can take away from us when it suits.

Pretty much what id expect the setup to be base on money to be invested and real ownership of club and decision making.

No one needs to worry about a billionaire doing investments properly... he'll have some of the best legal bods in the world to call on.

Im more concerned with decision making once takeover happens. Is it gonna be an ellis short decision maker or a ... fuck knows who else to use as an example - we've yet to see one!!!

Nothing, just nothing other than a after match summary as to why we are struggling but improving. Don’t want spin just stay up now.

There is/was talk of 2 other persons coming on board aswel as KLD wasn't there?

Agreed.

While getting rid of Parky was welcome following that order would mean something really is imminent or we're just wandering deeper into no man's land limping on with Taylor in charge of the team until it's sorted.

Or, we appoint a manager before any of the above, which throws doubt on anyone at the club having learned anything ever and casts more doubt on whether a takeover is even happening.
