IH manages his squad brilliantly, he'll always have a back-up in mind for inj/susp cover. He also works players out mentally & knows how to improve them for which they get credit if/when he thinks it will work for his benefit. You're correct, set simple straight achievable targets which the players understand to get the best from them.
