Personally I wouldn't walk from the train station it's a good 30 min walk. Jump in a taxi and head to the Plough and Harrow Brynhyfryd a good family pub with good food. From there it's a 10 min walk maximum past 3-4 other good pubs on the way to the ground. Just my opinion as I like a beer or two before the match.

Yes, they are free if you have train ticket and match ticket. If it isn't raining I usually walk anyway. It is not far! After the game it can be quicker to walk than messing around trying to get on a bus

Stephen, I have it me head that you look like a human form of your avatar and that you kneel on all fours to eat yer meals from a bowl. Would this be a fair assessment?

p.s. I'm fat(ish) too... and I like Chinese (from New Hong Kong, Hylton Road) or Pizza (from La Dolce Vita) ;-)
