They looked quite dangerous tbh. Cannons a good striker and as a team they caused us a few problems more than what most do.

Don't think the keeper knows either. He sort of fell into the ball.
Always going to be a tough game in those conditions. I thought we coped pretty well to get those much needed 3 points.
Over the moon for Watson. Very unlucky to be walking off without a hat-trick and the match ball. Thought Dan Neil played well and made some big challenges.

Hard fought win
First 20 minutes I thought Stoke looked a very handy team. Then they just seemed to go into their shell after that and looked poor for the next 70. Strange really. I know we came on strong but based on the first 20 mins they looked like they had enough to come back at us. Just never happened

We made harder work of that than we should have because of the missed chances.
Isidor in the first half and Mayenda in the second missed absolute sitters.
But we got the win that we fully deserved.
Watson obviously MOTM, but Bellingham, Roberts, Neil all played well.
Patto made a couple of vital saves.
3 points and we move on to Tuesday.

I didn't realise Gregg Wallace was a MLF.
Cannon should've put them 2-1 up midway through the second half.
Was a mad game & up until about 75mins could've gone either way; then they dropped back to hold for the point and let us nick it.
Idiots
Lads got so much bottle for one so young - holds off players like it's nothing and makes those cutting runs through the middle we need to get our attacks going.
Only a few weeks until the PL comes calling for his services again.
