*~*~* Sunderland v Southampton match thread *~*~*

What i noticed more yesterday was that when defending we were a lot more compact in and around our box

Ba, clarke, cirkin and hume tucked in forcing southampton to go out wide with there passes. We have been wide open at times but i think our defending yesterday gave us a real platform

There was once i think it was cirkin got pulled out towards his attacker and they played a through ball between him and Ballard which they were able to get a ball right accross six yard box - luckily none of theres got a foot to it

So you're now admitting you lied in your original post.

There's too many people that do this. They have a point with lots of examples but lie on top of it for no reason
When I first saw it yesterday it looked like Ba was pushed in the back. I still think there was contact.

The fact remains if they were both simulation they should BOTH be yellow cards.

Anyway, why should I justify my opinions to you?

Just had a look on the Southampton forum, first page of the match thread one poster is calling the game their easiest game of the season on paper.

And we think we have some mentalists on here!

Couple of their lads call him out on it at least
Loved this comment. "They're taking the piss, bringing schoolkids on."

And "An 11 year old".
