Our players seem scared of being pressed. I know they are all league one standard but if the opposition get in their faces then we end up passing the ball back to our box or give it away. I noticed it in quite clearly in one of our last couple of games. We seem very easy to play against.

We’re soft as fuck across the board. Nobody with abit of character that’s a leader. Dressing room has been referenced as really quiet. Same last year too.
 
I know everyone loves him but Hume offers absolutely nothing for me, looks busy running into no mans land but when does he ever have an end product?
