It's true though. No one in that midfield is controlling how the team plays. MK Dons don't need that because they're relying on transitions and counter/attacks which by their nature create the space to play in.

Leadbitter seems to think he is that player, but he's not. Too often he just picks the ball up in daft areas only to give it back and waste time and sap momentum.
I think it's an idea from a bygone era.

Our set up is shocking however and our passing even worse.

Whilst I'm happy to hammer Jurassic Parky for his selection, set up and the instructions he gives to the team.

Looking at our team there's NO way players of their experience and ability should be getting overrun like a kids team by enthusiastic journeymen who just 'want it more'.

They're going through the motions here, really not giving a shit.
