I’m starting to experience the rise in waste costs at work now. We’re expanding and our tonnage is getting higher (albeit we’re a small-medium company) and the threshold increases are ridiculous. But that figure of £817k just stunned me.

I see they have voted through some draft strategic development plan
Yet no mention of penshaw residents over development concerns or seaburn residents concerns yet these proposals have been put out for consultation
It seems consultations are a by word for we will ignore what you say because we know better
The council is as democratic as Soviet Russia and the people of Sunderland deserve better
Every time the council leaders are cornered they can't answer genuine concerns without trying diversions tactics like the vaux site, tall ships, investment at........
