Depending on spend i can see that being the deal next season . " Heres the bucks , get Europe " . If he were to turn that down and advocate a slower build with less pressure i can imagine an ambitious owner saying " the project has moved on " . Either way he'll start next season in charge .
 
He had a clear objective of the season to get 40 points. Then I was under the impression they would like to finish strong and aim to be top 10. Nothing was mentioned about Europe...til today. 5 games to go and this comes out. Bollocks imo

The whole article is written in such a way that they couldn't get done for making the whole thing up.

Sources? Who, Dave down the pub? Doesn't say "sources at the club" or "sources close to KLD" just "sources".

A change is not to be discounted. A change is also not to be discounted if we DO get into Europe, as someone might poach RLB. A phrase that says nothing.

Anyway I would have thought that a much more credible roumor would have concerned the number of "BIG" clubs who were allegedly lining up to take him away from us over the summer.

Just shows how lacking in imagination the idiot was who dreamt up this one.
