About 6 to weeks ago or so mate, when JH took over the 21s he got promoted. He's made the difference and the reason the team are top.
They played well against Leeds last week and had more than enough chances to win it.

You might tell me more but sure it was only temp at the time cause JH was moved up becuse of coach shortfalls, and was hoping to get the 21s too. He's hot happy to be moved sideways (which you can understand, anybody would feel the same)

Did we have a head of coaching before English arrived? Or was that position created for him, like individual player development was for Dodds?
Is the Head of coaching position one that can be absorbed?

You have to have the certain structure of roles to meet the requirements of a Cat. 1 academy.
You can combine the head of coaching and academy manager roles, but then you'd need to hire an additional operations manager.
