It sounds like the club maybe both clubs prioritised this group at the expense of proper supporters, which can't be right.

In defence of Durham though they did keep them all completely isolated from the rest of the crowd. It was a very poor decision by Durham to do it, a kick in the teeth for the loyal members who couldn't get their usual seats/parking spots and the non members who go regularly but couldn't get tickets......but I don't believe they put the rest of the crowd at risk in doing so, though they probably did the stewards, staff and vendors who had to serve them.

One of the biggest gripes was you had the members firstly being exiled to the Don Robson then being told to move if they were occupying the end seat of the aisle and making sure they wore their masks when leaving their seats not to mention not sitting next to any persons not in their bubble while meanwhile on the other side of the ground the students were creating a scene halfway between the Mardi Gras and the Bigg Market on a Friday night.

in fairness some parts of the general public area were over crowded and when we asked if we could go and sit in the empty stand we were told no, which made a mockery of the tannoy requests asking for folk to social distance.
