This. They've thanked him for 'continuity' over the summer which suggests hes overseen the new structure being put in place without much input into signings. The discussions in recent months part os similar to what they said when that coach left.

I wouldn't be surprised if Speakman is off soon aswell.

Doubt it aswell. Our recruitment from abroad was mainly poor under him and Speakman.

He probably just isn't as good with the markets and recruitment plan going forward.

Had no input on Summer signings, was/is likely to have had no input in future! Ghilosfi (sp) is the man now! Club saving money i reckon!
 
I’m not surprised by this after thinking about it. He’s done an exceptional job but kyril will be looking for elite talent to work alongside ghislofi (sp) wouldn’t surprise me if it’s someone who he’s worked with before.
