I don't think it's surprising after Ghisolfi's arrival.

I wonder who gets to pick his replacement. Feels potentially awkward with our SD/DoF set up.
 
I have complete faith in Kyril, Speakman and Ghisolfi to move us up to the next level but it doesnt mean im not a tad gutted as it feels like the end of an era. Huge part of the journey.

If I was on the board at Rangers, i'd be on the phone tonight to invite him up to fix the annual mess created every time a transfer window opens. He'd have it sorted within 12 months. Gerrard as figurehead, experienced coach alongside him working with tools provided by Harvey. Sorted.

All the data is available to all clubs, it just depends which data points the club decides is more important when selecting players to pursue.

Rusyn for example, probably had good data, but didn’t adapt to living & playing in England so it didn’t work out.

I listened to a Roker Report podcast with Tom White recently and I'm sure he was banging on about the likes of Reinildo and Sidiki being very much Harvey signings and generally how instrumental Harvey was. I think he said he wanted Sidiki in the Championship.
Much like players and managers, hopefully we have gpod contingency plans and lists of replacements....or evolve the role into something better as others have suggested.
