Saw this earlier and it's got me scratching my head.

Anyone heard it, or more importantly any idea of what it could be?

Theory of it being down Hendon Docks has been disproved & can't imagine it being from the new bridge as a few people have alluded to in the comments.

The strange sounds heard all over the world that they are referring to don't sound like that. They sound more like trumpets and have been going on for 5 years.
