No one can doubt our fans will give anybody a chance regardless of where there from but can't dispute minute it goes wrong the whole Newcastle thing will rear its head.
As for Bruce going on about finishing tenth,sacked for being a Geordie etc (he never said that either just that it didn't help) all he is doing is answering questions put to him unlike that complete buffoon di canio who arranged an interview to vent his spleen and played an almighty shithouse trick on oshea during it! Again not nearly as much vitriol aimed at him despite it being much much worse.Then again he isn't a mag though! :)

The only ill-will I really have against Bruce is because of the way he's gone on since losing the job, and blaming the fans for being against his 'geordie roots'. He can piss off. He sold all his best players, didn't replace them anywhere near adequately enough, and the results simply weren't good enough. His substitutions were appalling too... continually taking Sessegnon off, who might actually do summit, to bring Elmo on, who you could absolutely guarantee would do fuck all. They are desperate to twist and make up facts to put our supporters in as bad light as possible. :/

They know we will never go on like them and it leads them to this shite.
 
I fancy us to catch them on Sunday, we're better away from home, they're missing the two forwards, and a lot seem convinced they've already won the game. Perfect opportunity to get to Wembley again this.

The reason he was so disliked is because he was a total bullshitter who patronised the fans on an almost daily basis in his last few months and tried to blame us for his own failings. How anyone can't see that is beyond me.

I remember that article after Birmingham got relegated when Kenny Cunningham absolutely slaughtered Bruce and laid bare his failings, the situation that faced us after Bruce's last transfer window here was almost exactly the same. In fact, it was frighteningly similar and shows that the bloke doesn't learn from his mistakes.

His conduct since leaving the club has been the main driver for the vitriol on here IMHO. Displayed a complete lack of class and complete refusal to accept that his record from Jan 2010 until he was sacked in Nov 2011 was despicable.
