PCT of HCG, nolvadex and loads of food.
This for 8 to 10 weeks

did you have any side effects and did you retain any strength?

I've always wondered how athletes can compete again after doing peds as surely they benefit still after their ban

Well, in response to the part about competing after doing peds, there will be athletes that never come off during the careers from the point they decide to take them; they will just take a blast/cruise approach.

In terms of what you can keep after you come off celltech, it's going to depend on a bunch of shit; genetics, experience, compounds, PCT etc.

I've also heard of lads doing steroids for years then pack in and enter drug free bodybuilding contests, will they get away with it? and how can you test for people taking insulin?

Only side affect (that i was aware of) was a bit water retention.
This was a while ago and i have kept a % of the gains.
But the best condition i have been in was when i stopped all that and sorted my diet right out and the only thing i took was Creatine and hard work.

I consider myself to be an experienced trainer as i have been doing it for over twenty years and i know what my body responds to.

I heard they make your knackers shrink?

Also heard that steroid users always end up as Viagra users too?

Thats why you do PCT to kick start yhour own test production after a cycle.

To an extent as your natural test production shuts down during a cycle, but it's reversable when you come off.

It depends on the organisation, a lot of them have a 7-year drug free policy, but each organisation could be different. I don't think that there is an existing test for insulin, to be honest.

Personally i think the lean and defined look is preferable to the "barrel under each arm" look you get with heavy steroid use. As a previous poster said....creatine, hard work and good food is all you really need.

Not all steroid users become 'massive' though. A lot of younger lads who juice in my gym have obtained that lean, vascular, V shape by using as they've started whilst nowhere near their genetic potential for size. I'll admit it can look decent if they train properly but most look ridiculous due to imbalances of only training chest, shoulders, arms.

Off my limited research I'd say that there are plenty of people who use them without admitting it and claim to be "natural" and put it all down to "hard-work, dedication and sacrifice."

Sure, a lot of the results will be down to that, but it would take literally years and years to get that position with just a strict diet and training alone.

I haven't done a whole lot of research on them myself because I really don't trust myself enough to do them properly and safely without the potentially serious adverse effects. Feel free to prove me wrong but it just seems the cons significantly outweight the pros.

There's a lot of money to be made doing that.

Also if somebody is from the U.S or somewhere like that, why would they want to openly admit illegal drug use? It's something that could come back and bite them in the arse tbf.

It's the fact that people laugh it up.

If it looks like they're on, or have been on steroids, I'd make the sweeping statement that it's pretty likely they have.

I've got friends on Facebook who claims he's 'natural' but all the signs point in the other direction really.

Think im only one of my mates who doesnt, or hasnt, done them (know about 10 just off top of my head).

f***ing hate the things. I work my bollocks off working out and these lads waltz about thinking they are all gym heroes yet do fk all in the gym bar a few light weights for 10mins and then look in the mirror for the rest.

Most of the lads i know who take them are huge, but cant workout for shit.

They all hoy viagra down there necks like no tomorrow also.

Side effect of the one my mates currently on is he lactates from his tits...seriously...

Theres a point on roids when u look good, but all users i know cant stop there and end up a bloated mess.

Creatine does me. They hate it posing about with women and having one of the other lads mention they are on roids. Mind if u want women its a guaranteed knicker dropper, they are thick as pigshit and seem to love that roidheed look.

There needs to be a distinction between use and misuse though.

I know plenty of people that can have a few beers on a weekend. I also have a family member who died because of alcohol.

About 5 years ago I considered taking them, read up everything there is to know on them, made a decision i was going to do it... then spoke to my ex's brother who use to really bash them, told me all the sides he got n stuff, n after the convo i said if you could go back now knowing what you know now would you of went on steroids. He said 100% no, so that was enough for me to never ever touch them.

Mind 5 years on the amount of f uckign graft i'v had to put in to where i am today i wish i perhaps had

I train at the marine house and I'd say 65% of people in there where on the gear, it's easier to spot now as you get older. But I do feel some self pride that I'm benching same weight at much lower body fat than most of them. (not the doorman size lads lol)

I always assume anyone lifting more than me is on steriods, denial works. fact

The amount of people who deny being on the gear is unreal. A few cycles of low doses a few years ago gets you to the size and then you just maintain it, I'd guess?

Aye to bust out of a plateau as well.

I tend to think that it's no coincidence that some athletes and fighters are late bloomers- and are relatively unknown. They've had to keep quiet while they did something to get to the level.
