I agree and if i had to repeat that process I'd take him again , but we don't and hes not the man for the next level . KLD was happy to let him use £3-4m but its probably a totally different world making moves where he wants to go next ,....sharks in that water ...and you cant just punch them in the ear hole 😉

Surprising, but never clear to me how the two of them could split the responsibility. On balance did a good job under circumstances few of us will know for sure. Were a few decisions that appeared not sound in hindsight, but good for his future to be able to leave on a comparative high.
