I've got to say I was pretty underwhelmed with what they've done. Living in Whitley Bay too I was excited to see it finished but I think they could have done a lot more with it that would have appealed to a larger audience. The quality of the work is spot on and it looks great, but to me it feels very sterile and I thought there would have been more there...perhaps a few smaller units or stalls etc.

That’s the one. A family from Chester or street have bought three apartments and had them converted into the one. About 14000 sqft.

There’s nothing else like it in the NE that’s for sure. Each apartment has its own elevator, completely bespoke specs and roof gardens/terraces galore.

About half of 40 units are sold already and typically they’re attracting expats who want a luxury bolthole back here.

The developer is a massive lads fan too so that’ll do!
