Southampton spying compendium thread

For me, feel sorry for Rosco, but I think they've got to be hoyed out. There's no option re cash, points because of the size of the prize, and whatever they decide sets a precedent for the future. There's also whispers that other clubs believe it's happened to them ahead of Southampton games🤔

Smart from Southampton they know they won’t get booted, hull don’t know who to prepare for.

Hull up their security at training ground Employee agency staff one is an undercover Southampton analyst

I’m more other end of the spectrum as I can’t find what they did that exciting / punishment has to be in the context of smacks on the wrist generally given. Small fine and suspended 3 points deduction
If that happens you'll have every club in the play offs doing it. They brought this rule in specifically because they didn't like what Bielsa did, anything less than throwing Southampton out of the play offs encourages everyone to do it. Clubs get thrown out for admin errors with player eligibility, no reason this should carry a lessor punishment.

Exactly

Surely if they leave the decision any later, then the only right thing to do is just award Hull with the promotion and give Southampton a big fine?

Boro take one or two of their 17/18 chances on the first half of the first leg and it would have resulted in Boro going through and Southampton picking up a huge fine and staying in the Championship.

The biggest disgrace would be to move the final to the middle of next week. Hull fans would be out of pocket, some not able to attend due to work commitments. The spying took place 12 days ago and the EFL knew pretty much straight away. To not get this sorted earlier is an utter shambles and not acceptable.

I think if hull have to play boro on Saturday the smoggies shouldn’t get a single ticket to level it up for hull.

If it’s anything but a Southampton v hull game it has to be delayed now. But that is absolutely shit on hulls fans, we know ourselves how much of a financial burden this sort of trip/weekend is. What about all the booked out coaches etc? Sorry don’t need you now but we will see you next Saturday instead, because of course we all know it’s that easy. Shambles
