If a player was hit I didn’t see it. But there is nee way a soldier got hit as I was standing at the bottom of the swc corner applauding them at half time and would of seen.I saw both happen with my own eyes. Please don't call me a liar.
Ah you’ve assumed I do... eeeeYou're a great Sunderland "supporter" you

You are hilarious ...I’m starting to like you ... please keep this going![]()
I’m just assuming that you are one of the South Stand muppets, the title of this thread. How do you know that ?
A bad day at the office. Should fine litter louts and someone from club should take initiative and pick litter up when on side of pitch.1) people were throwing poppy display paper balls on the pitch at our players when they were attacking.
2) someone has been ejected for using a laser pen
3) groundstaff are clearing paper balls of pitch at half time, so people are throwing more on
4) paper balls thrown at the soldiers doing the half time challenge
What the hell is the matter with folks? I'm vexed![]()

True, but it still gets sung at every away matchAnd I think the vast majority have moved on from it

If your in the south stand and throw something on the pitch you could argue your throwing stuff towards the north stand really. You said the south stand didn't throw stuff towards players. That's bollocks.
No paper displays were thrown any where near any players, not even there keeper but yes did end up on the pitch.
No papers thrown anywhere near any soldiers and One kid with a laser pen.
Stop twisting about a load of nowt and making it sound worse than it was.
A can remember the mags game where the full stadium held red and white display cards and it all went up as confetti before kick off could hardly see the goal lines. The Stewards brushed it into the boards then got rid at half time probably what needs doing on the next display.
What’s embarrassing is absolute wet wipes like you... people gan through tough economic times and you and your lad on ya rag bout people singing anti mag songs .. ohh my word .. luckily you don’t attend matches .. the club doesn’t need absolute brain farts like youI’m just assuming that you are one of the South Stand muppets, the title of this thread.
Go to bed son, you will be embarrassed when you look at what you are posting when you see it in the morning.
Got a fair few hoyed at him, but, they were balls of paper, most didn't even reach him.I could see from the north stand of their players having loads thrown at him. Had been subbed off and went off the other side of the pitch so had to walk all along the south stand to the get round to the dug out. Got peppered then just after he passed the goal he turned and put his arm up in the air. Might have been flicking the vs which of course saw an increase in the amount thrown at him as he made his way and past the SWC.

Regardless a think the issue is the clean up operation that needs a rethink as this has always happened and probably always will. And it’ll be a shame if the club step in and ban it.
Get back to your village ... it’s an idiot shortOh that’s alright then.
As you were.
My mistake.
Great quote tho, are the the local MP for Chi ?![]()
