The ticket agency are too busy counting and spending their dosh to bother about sending the tickets out.Anyone else still waiting on tickets to be delivered? Purchased online over a week ago and still not arrived.
Watch this space news to come soon
That's not the plan although what you describe could have potentially workedKnowing the site, if you have bought the warehouse over the road, then assuming the council permit you to re-route the access road (which only serves the warehouse and the football club anyway) then the only sensible solution given the fact that the 4g now restricts space at either end is to rotate the pitch through 90 degrees. That's the only way you can create enough space to massively increase capacity. Doing anything else limits capacity because there is no space behind either goal.
PS - Not recieved our tickets either.
Hate to admit it but probably Shields mateWho are you wanting to win mate?
Weird situation for you to be in.That's not the plan although what you describe could have potentially worked
I don't think many could predict the plans but there isn't this major re-routing of the road people are speculating about

Very much soWeird situation for you to be in.
Wait till the FA Cup game mateVery much so
I feel less guilty saying I want Sunderland to get beat with it being pre-season
Can't imagine what it'd be like if it was a knock-out game or something

The new plans will leave us very close to within EFL regsIt seems you don't know the site then.
Why would they put brand new floodlight pylons in the corner of the existing pitch if the only sensible solution was to rotate the pitch ?
There's nothing to stop them having most of the capacity on one side of the exisiting pitch and redevlop the other 3 sides within their existing footprint.
The ground already holds around 3,000 so it doesn't need to increase that much to achieve EFL standard
