I'd heard a rumour back end of last week that a certain Swiss former tennis player was looking at buying it, wanting to follow the Wrexham path way.

That was probably over a year ago. They reportedly purchase businesses that they can move to the next level then sell.
They pulled the plug at Shields as they thought the asking price was too high.

The way Shields are playing I wouldn't fancy us in the playoff's.... Other teams will look at us and say it's an easy game for them though.
