This. The roof would have to come off anyway... Take the lettering off and store it.
 
Whenever I see letters going up I hope they get it in the right order. We’ve all seen the photo of the road with POTS written on it.

It reminds me of a friend who watched our corporate comms put a banner up in reception. Their campaign was for a staff opinion survey, it was called ‘Your View Counts’.

She told them they’d missed to o out of counts.

It wouldn’t even impact an extension. The design of the stadium means the roof is taken off/lifted and then put back on, on a downward tilt rather than an upwards one. See also: the West Stand with the Monty writing.

But would they really go through the trouble and cost of bringing in a big crane to install new signs if they had plans to lift the roof off anytime soon.

Surely they would wait and do it all at the same time if plans were in the pipeline.
