SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

The Football Club already owns The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel under the subsidiary group Sunderland FC Hotels Limited which is part of the Sunderland Association Football Club Group of Companies. Its been running at a loss ever since it opened.
Google and Wiki the owners! Are you sure? Just asking like!

Thankfully this is all just made up nonsense by deluded idiots

If you honestly believe the club will sanction millions of pounds on a new upper tier for a couple of gigs per year then have it unused the rest of the year then you are deluded.

It isnt getting extended

Are you struggling with the fact the stadium is never full and splashing millions on a completely new stand is neither good for business or is actually going to happen

And people wonder why we get laughed at as a fanbase
Will it happen or not , I have no idea but some of the stuff you are spaffing out is bollocks. Like when you say they won’t do it for a couple of gigs a year. It’s reported that Liverpool will make between 5 and 10m from the Taylor swift gigs this year.
10m is how much we took in gate revenue in the 22/23 season , it’s a absolutely huge sum of money. I’m not convinced they would increase the seats but who knows. As well as the current work in the city that will hopefully attract other investment pretty soon we will have one of the biggest film studios in the world in spitting distance of our ground and with it im sure a lot of “money” people. Newcastle have a corporate offering that costs 700 quid a seat before VAT if we can even get 200 seats a game at that level that’s 3m per season. Be terrible if we are not even looking into stuff like that

Only people "spaffing" bollocks are people like yourself who have the nerve to say a mid table Championship team that doesn't spend much money on players will spend a fortune on extending a venue that never gets full.

It is completely and utterly delusional
Concerts, England games, who knows what else

England have already played at the Stadium of Light three times

The stadium has been hosting concerts for 15 years

You’re gonna have to point out where I said we were doing it. I suggested why they would have good reason to want to think about increasing what they can offer for corporate. I never said at any point they will do anything let alone increase capacity. Not like you to act the arse mind is it
She also did Murrayfield in Glasgow that has nowhere near the same amount of executive boxes and corporate seats as the SoL does.
No chance Murrayfield hasnt got corporate than the sol

KLD will be gone before long, it wouldn't make sense to splash a load of cash on this, he'll not get it back.

We've already had and still do have England games and concerts, as many if not more than nearly every other ground in the country other than wembley. I can't remember old Trafford or anfield hosting the concert's that we have. We are already at the top table for this stuff.

Name one thing that we could attract with more coorperate facilities that we currently can't attract
A. We aren’t. They missed out on Taylor swift.

B. Taylor Swift
