If we are in the premier league, then maybe. We aren't in London, Sunderland as a city doesn't have the coorperate environment or capacity to warrant 1000s of executive seats at each home game.

What other events could we attract with better facilities? It's not gullible it's thinking of things that could raise much needed money

Like what? We've already hosted international men's and women's competitive football plus loads of friendlies, 10 years of premier league football, applied for world cup games, hosting the rugby world cups games next year and had multiple concerts of the worlds top, top artists..

...what on earth are we missing out on due to having a lack of coorperate facilities? Give me something specific

We've already had and still do have England games and concerts, as many if not more than nearly every other ground in the country other than wembley. I can't remember old Trafford or anfield hosting the concert's that we have. We are already at the top table for this stuff.

Name one thing that we could attract with more coorperate facilities that we currently can't attract

No its bollocks ..this extension rumour has appeared twice ,coincidently when the club are looking a bit shabby....its a distraction with no substance!

Roker Park at one point held concerts and international games, then it didn’t because it was old and shit and didn’t have the facilities.

You need to move with the times

Hey I'm all for it, extend it to 100,000 with the best coorperate facilities in the known universe, as long as my ST price didn't go up it wouldn't really effect me.

I just think it's crackers that people believe these rumours. The club can't even afford players and aren't able to organise selling tickets for their own games, they aren't going to be able to afford or organise this

But we won’t be. If you compare the Sol to Spurs or the renovated anfield, new Everton stadium then the new old Trafford and mags stadiums when they come it will be nowhere near

Agree with that, but surely it would be more cost effective to upgrade what we currently have? Seeing as how the problem isn't capacity, it's the quality

The Football Club already owns The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel under the subsidiary group Sunderland FC Hotels Limited which is part of the Sunderland Association Football Club Group of Companies. Its been running at a loss ever since it opened.
