Just an observation but that looks like the club aren't planning to extend the internal facilities all the way around further than the swc. Don't know what I was expecting mind, something like traps nightclub from the greyhounds mirroring the black cats bar.

It’s clear the development plans are far more advanced than we realised. Also looking at the plans seems like preference is to do the Roker End before the east stand and the there seems to be a sizeable increase in concourse space.

Looking at the pictures,you can see through the facade to the steelwork under the newly built elevated tier. So the deck doesn't appear to continue all the way round the south stand from the black cats bar, Montgomery suite etc.
He keeps on posting the same thing in a desperate attempt to change people's opinion. Ultimately the lad is massively rattled, if we continue to improve and do (correctly) decide to expand, he would be seething and exponentially more bitter than he already is. He knows deep down we could really kick on here as we have a vast amount of potential. It will be total meltdown mode up the road when we do.

The knacker should be banned for impersonating someone else on numerous occasions. Probably not something the club wanted public yet but they’ve been left with no choice
