SOL expansion

I didn’t get one at 6000 in the queue, go figure!
When I got onto the website there was only one block showing and I was only looked for one ticket which probably helped. Went onto P6 and only one ticket showing, and it wouldn't let me buy it as unavaiable, then I refreshed and about 8 tickets became available only singles and one double. Clicked on one in the middle of the block and it allowed me to buy it. I appreciate I was very lucky in the moment. But there must have been a lot who were all trying to buy the same tickets etc.

Its a real shame. My brother didn't get one yet, so I've offered him mine as I owe him a few. He's got me tickets for the big occasion a few times over the years and he goes more than me as its a long trip for me and I've got tickets to the Bournemouth game too. He's hoping to get one in resales, but I reckon its unlikely.

If he gets one I'll definitely be making the long trip.

It's one of those thing's I suppose, I'll just watch it in a pub in my home town instead. Saves money on travel and hotels etc
Always next season

I think it's gonna depend how we go next season before we see any real work put into, if we don't suffer from second season syndrome too much and finish comfortably I can see him then proper looking into it
I seem to recall the atmosphere 2018 to 2021 was comparable to that of the moon.

We need to consider the potential downside and another interstellar collapse, i.e. how a business geared for premier footy would survive in the Championship with 25000 empty seats.

I'm not saying we shouldn't expand the stadium but we should deffo look at the lessons learned book

Yeah I think that's the correct way to go, I'm not saying we will have second season syndrome. It's just a slight possibility.
Give it another season or two and then go "well we're pushing top ten regularly always selling out keys have a look

That attitude is let’s not bother in case we’re shit again.

They need to increase revenue asap and build before they can’t.

I think if we were to build onto the existing stadium then we sure.ymneed to go all round so that we don’t have a lopsided one like them up the road. Also we need to have this plan submitted and sorted before our council who are a disgrace by the way scupper any plans.

Jumping from 48,300 to 66,000 is a bit of a leap. Lets stick to the plan of South first then if required the East to complete it.

Great design element of ours is the roof is the same height all the way round even though the West and North are double tiered enhancing the atmosphere.

Not sure where 25,000 empty seats are coming from like but in that case, fine, cover them up or close the section. Not the end of the world.
Can still go ahead with greater capacity for concerts/events until the footballing side recovers

Just a thought - suppose we extended the ground all the way around and the roof was the same as the North and West Stands, how would drainage from the roof work?
