I've set myself a target to lose 3st 4lb, I should easily be able to do it if I keep up with the gym. Is it not worth creating a new thread for 2015?

I did this think my before and after pics are still somewhere and dropped down to 13st 10 then now back up to around 15st 10 so looking to get back on it
