Aye, I know that man, but has he always been caning whey? Might be like me where ya try it for a couple of days and then think fuck this and then move on to something else

Edit: Found that Danio yoghurt is much nicer than Skyr, but as slightly less protein.

I've tried all kinds of wheys to eat it, it just doesn't agree with me, I end up not being able to eat for days and even with all this I have still inexplicably had loads of the stuff. I'm gonna just try to stick with food and in a few months pay someone to give me a proper diet plan to accommodate me.

I've been having the Skyr honey yogurt after the gym each evening, which has stopped my post-gym munchies.
I'm tempted to try the unflavoured with some honey to see if it tastes any better.

The yogurt is a bit bitter, it might taste sweeter using honey in unflavoured yogurt.

I smother yoghurt over @PhilSAFC lass this way I keep my daily protein intake high and also save the poor lass from a miserable sex life.
