I've just had the Arla protein yogurt (strawberry). 20g protein, 13g carbs, 0.4g fat and 140 cals. the best thing is it tastes like the munch bunch yogurts.

Had a nip around Tesco and Skyr and the Arla protein are in there but all flavoured not natural.

So I bough some Fage in a 170g pot, about 18g protein. Is it a struggle to eat?

OK thanks I have some on my desk ready, I add honey to unflavoured whey protein. I should have hoyed in this yogurt but I've already had 1 shake today and will hit my protein target.

Fage is erm interesting. Would be nice with fruit I reckon but quite sour.

Too much sugar! I have got used to unflavoured whey powder it's amazing how you get used to stuff. I'm sure that taste buds deteriorate as you get older as I like vegetables too whereas I hated them as a kid.

Currently eating a tub of it a day. The honey one is extremely sickly.

Too much sugar! I have got used to unflavoured whey powder it's amazing how you get used to stuff. I'm sure that taste buds deteriorate as you get older as I like vegetables too whereas I hated them as a kid.

I always get unflavoured protein now. Tastes vile on its own but a small handful of frozen blueberries and it's lovely.

The small pots of Fage 2% or even 0% are a piece of piss to eat IMO. A bit tangy, but not bad tasting at all.

This is what I use.

When I used to drink protein shakes I'd blend it in with them, or make a chocolate whey yogurt

The whey impact flavourless doesnt taste vile. Just tastes like water.
