Sky q pixelated

Had sky q 4 months and all of a sudden my picture tonight started pixelating. Turned it off and back on again but still not different

I've got council sky but i think sky now offer a no dish service across the board. A dish is optional iirc.

No problems in NE38 yesterday. The only channels that are dodgy at this time of year are the Russian & Japanese news channels.
