Had sky q 4 months and all of a sudden my picture tonight started pixelating. Turned it off and back on again but still not different

Is it the main box or the mini boxes? i had a problem with the mini boxes not connecting to the main box properly in my old house, the engineer said it was to do with the insulation they use in new builds.
