All top clubs do it now. The head coach has very little say in who they want.

That's not really true is it, especially not with "the top" clubs. As if Pep, Klopp, Arteta don't have a large say. Its certainly true of some big European clubs, but generally speaking the head coach's at least have input and often final say on things coming into the first team.
