That's not really true is it, especially not with "the top" clubs. As if Pep, Klopp, Arteta don't have a large say. Its certainly true of some big European clubs, but generally speaking the head coach's at least have input and often final say on things coming into the first team.

klopp did but the new manager they have chamged it so the klopp replacement has little say...
 
Could we not just have Kelechi Chibueze sit on the bench and maybe have to come on for 1 game? Then if Patterson gets injured we can get an emergency loan.
