Dodds has already stated that nothing changes much on the training pitch when we change head coiaches.

They should be replaced come the summer..both have had sufficient time to make any impact and both have/are failing. Competent top coaches should be recruited.

yep, we know that but even after a run of shit results, how could Speakman, if he is still in charge at the end of the season, send Dodds back to being just another coach. He has already failed.
