So he gets nothing at all?Chansiri loses control. As of now, the administrators run everything. The administrators will sell the assets, ideally as a going concern, to a new company with new owners. I think they still own Hillsborough.

The wankerOnce the administrators are in the don't need the permission of Chansiri to sell, however it doesn't mean he's automatically gone - Ken Bates at Leeds put them into administration but came out owning the club via another consortium. Chansiri also owns Hillsborough through - sold it from the club to himself so any new owner will have to do a separate deal with Chansiri for that.
The reason behind it is a charlatan in charge who claimed to have money but it was his family’s who have cut him off iircI think the reason behind it when they were in League one, they have overpaid to high profile like Barry Bannon for years.
Must be heartbreaking for their fans.
We are very fortunate to have the owners we do.
I mean, they were effectively down with that squad anyway12 point dedication confirmed. That will be them down
It was happening anyway so, best get it over with, rid of Chansiri and start again with a clean slate in League One. What they don’t want is another points deduction starting next season.12 point dedication confirmed. That will be them down
Apparently the company that owns the ground is in Admin too.Once the administrators are in the don't need the permission of Chansiri to sell, however it doesn't mean he's automatically gone - Ken Bates at Leeds put them into administration but came out owning the club via another consortium. Excellent news for Wednesday then. No need to deal with Chansiri whatsoever. I feel really sorry for the smaller creditors but hopefully that charlatan gets 10p in the pound, if he’s lucky.Apparently the company that owns the ground is in Admin too.
It’s hard mind, I don’t think he’d had failed companies or any criminal convictions. It’s an absolute disgrace this can happen to any football club let alone one of our greatest historic clubs.
The ownership test needs ripping up and re written.
Disgrace.
He’ll just get the amount the other creditors get, surely? So he gets nothing at all?
Package deal on it's way for the lot hopefully.Excellent news for Wednesday then. No need to deal with Chansiri whatsoever. I feel really sorry for the smaller creditors but hopefully that charlatan gets 10p in the pound, if he’s lucky.
His business practices are shady at best, fake companies for sponsorship deals, a fake taki company that hasn't even picked up a single person. It’s hard mind, I don’t think he’d had failed companies or any criminal convictions.
How do you define it?
So he gets nothing at all?

Pre 2015?His business practices are shady at best, fake companies for sponsorship deals, a fake taki company that hasn't even picked up a single person.
