I’d expect a small allocation for the playoff semi though. We’ve no reason to not give you 5k for a meaningless game for us other than the club refusing to admit they can’t house away fans safely in the top of the North Stand

I would give up my seat in the Roker End if it meant moving away fans back to the lower bowl and creating a proper 2 tier home end in the north stand. All day long.

As opposed to the top of the north stand looking class when 43 Rotherham turn up? I’d argue the North Stand would look fantastic with 2 tier home support with flags / banners etc. Further to that, how does the away end not being full look bad on us? It’s their end if they don’t sell their tickets it’s on them.

We managed for a long time with them in south stand without it being an issue. And as proven, people like the higher up seats and the demand when the PC was reopened was there. I reckon we’d shift a good number in the north upper.

was fine for about 8 years until we dropped into league one and then some bellends from the likes of pompey and coventry started acting up
man utd had about 6k up there for the league cup semi with no issues
You could fill it if you used it as it was designed. The way we use the stadium is equivalent to you having a bath at home whilst simultaneously soaking your feet in the toilet cistern.

Agree mate but the damage is done. The frustrating thing is, there was so many warnings missed in L1 before Coventry totally fucked it for everyone else.

So did Leeds in January 2015 when Van Aanholt scored, if not more. Their end stretched from where the North Upper begins right round into the North West Corner Upper and included having the balcony area as well.
Have I imagined this from my childhood, or was there once an away following doing the conga on the old Roker end, the full 20odd of them taking part.
