Season ticket waiting list

I did get an email last week with this heading though, but without specific instructions for me...

Season ticket waiting list opens soon
Logon or register to see this image

The waiting list window for season tickets will open from Monday 20th April.

There will be two phases:

Phase 1: 5pm Monday 20th April – 5pm Wednesday 22nd April
This will be a 48-hour priority window for supporters who registered their interest prior to Sunday 22nd 23:59pm February.

Phase 2: From 5pm Thursday 23rd April
This will be open to all supporters who registered their interest from Monday 23rd February onwards including continued access to supporters from Phase 1.

Due to the high level of demand, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for more than two tickets and payment needs to be made in full. Please note that all supporters must hold a valid Supporter ID, and there is a strict limit of one season ticket per supporter ID.
@Big Twisty

I'm hoping if there's lots of us that it's just a phasing things through then, with the plan to switch everyone who is eligible over today, and they'll get to me eventually.

Despite others on this thread asking the club about various things so far, I've tried really to not bother the ticket office as I know they're busy/ clearly struggle - so I don't want to create more work for them then I have to. But, having said that, I'm also terrified about being locked out tonight - so have felt compelled to email them this afternoon now, creating them work (unless they ignore me)

Would it of hurt to send an automated short email saying

Mr XXX, Customer Number XXX, just to confirm you are eligible for phase 1 (/2). Here is the details of what to expect/ what you need to do.

To confirm we are expecting payment up front in it's entirety, these are the bank cards we accept etc. etc.

Just to stop people having to contact them? Maybe I'm asking too much...

If I click buy season ticket from the tickets drop down just get hit with the waiting list message.

If I go to my initials in the top right and click season ticket from drop down list I see what @Bedders sees.
ah right aye can see that but doubt thats relevant
im assuming its just gonna work similar to ticket tuesday and at 5 can log in and get ticket if any available

to be fair it hasnt been that bad for most games just getting tickets per match, so will see how this pans out

What a total shambles, leaving people on edge wondering how it’s goner workout. I’m 1700 on the list but haven’t had any emails telling me what phase I’m in or how to proceed.

38 f***ing years of loyalty reduced to this. The corporate account “manager” hasn’t offered to help me one bit. Told her I don’t want the crappy Founders ticket and just got a “ok thanks”.

Honestly just makes you feel like wrapping the whole thing in. They really don’t deserve us

I’ve had nowt through despite being told via ask safc I was in phase one.

I’ve signed on to my ticket account, and when selecting buy season ticket it’s still telling me to join the waiting list.

Total shambles as always.
